We are pleased to announce that effective March 11, 2010, the Humber Valley Resort and its infrastructure, the Humber River Golf Course, the Eagles Perch Club House, the Administration Building, the Storage Facilities, and its remaining assets, are now under new ownership and management.

We will shortly be arranging the transition and takeover of the operation, management and provision of all of the essential services to the Resort, the improvement and upgrading of the existing services, the promotion and development of Humber Valley Resort as the 4 Season Resort Destination of choice and an Upscale Residential Community.

Under the supervision of our capable Managing Director, Gary Oke, we will get the Resort’s golf course in shape and ready for opening for the upcoming golf season.

We will also be working towards getting the Eagles Perch Club House building up and running and available for special events, meetings, conventions, weddings, and the opening of the Dining Room, the Bar, the Golf Shop, and the updating of the website of Humber Valley Resort.

We will soon be open for business - the security gate is not a barrier - the staff are there to welcome you - come visit us - play on our international golf course - fish in the world class salmon river, the Humber River - stay in the beautiful and safe chalets on the Resort - enjoy our cuisine and experience our way of life and take in the spectacular and panoramic views of the Humber Valley.
