CROSS COUNTRY SKI TO SINKHOLE
Ski through the snowy forest trails of Gros Morne National Park, in the heart of Moose and Caribou habitat, on our way to the Sinkhole, an ancient area where the ground has collapsed, creating a massive depression in the earth's crust.

Descend the trail into the sinkhole "ice palace" and discover a frozen ice column, suspended in mid air, over 100 feet tall, with ice chandeliers surrounding you. In summer, this ice column is a flowing river which drops
sharply before disappearing into a unknown and unexplored underground labyrinth.

This winter, be one of the select few to explore the sinkhole. Only a handful of people have seen this unique site - get ready to be one of the select few, and experience the edge of the world first hand.
